Before applying for “Support Al-Nassr FC! Campaign”(hereinafter referred to as “this campaign”), please read carefully and agree to these application rules. We will consider that you have agreed with your application. If you do not agree, you will not be able to apply.
About this campaign
By following the official Twitter account of Al-Nassr JAPAN TOUR 2023(@NSR_JAPAN_TOUR), retweeting the campaign target tweet, and filling in the required information on the designated form, you can get a chance to win an event participation ticket. In addition, for some events, you can win a guaranteed ticket to Al-Nassr JAPAN TOUR 2023(Category 4 at YANMAR STADIUM NAGA) if you wish.

About the events
l You can apply for an event of the following events (1) - (4) in which Al-Nassr FC players will participate. When applying, please specify the type of event (1) - (4) and the desired date for events with multiple dates.
l Each event has a set of eligible applicants. Please note that if you do not meet the eligibility requirements to participate in the event, your prize will be voided even if you get it.
l Only one application for this entire campaign is valid per person. If you apply more than once, your application may be invalid. In addition, if you apply by illegally using a third party’s e-mail address or other personal information, your application or prize may become invalid.
l Only the winners will be informed of the details of the events by email.
l To participate in events (1) - (3), you will need a ticket to watch the AL-NASSR JAPAN TOUR 2023, which will be held on the date of the event you are participating in. If you do not have a ticket, please purchase a ticket for that day. Please note that if you cannot confirm that you have a ticket when meeting up for the event, you will not be able to participate in the event.
(1) Warm-up observation: You can observe the AL-NASSR players before the game from the side of the pitch!
We will present the right to watch the AL-NASSR players warming up close before the game from the side of the pitch (1 pair of 2 people).
*Even one person can participate.
*It is scheduled to be held 1 hour before kick-off for each game.
*Meeting time will be before the scheduled event time. We will contact you for details after winning.

*Children under elementary school age must apply in pairs with a parent or guardian.

(2) Escort kids: You can enter the venue with AL-NASSR players!
We will present the right to participate in the pre-match entrance ceremony with the AL-NASSR starters as escort kids.
*It is scheduled to be held 10-20 minutes before kick-off for each game.
*Meeting time will be before the scheduled event time. We will contact you for details after winning.

(3) Flag bearers: You can lead AL-NASSR players onto the pitch!
We will present the right to participate in the pre-game entrance ceremony as a flag bearer.
*It is scheduled to be held 10-20 minutes before kick-off for each game.
*Meeting time will be before the scheduled event time. We will contact you for details after winning.

Method of purchasing tickets
Those who request at the time of application will receive instructions on how to pay for the ticket upon selection. Payment must be made by Sun Friday, July 164, 2023.
l If you have obtained your tickets by other means, you may decline the ticket purchase guarantee.
l If payment is not confirmed by the above deadline, you will be considered to have declined the right to guarantee ticket purchase.
Prize and the number of winners
Please check the list below for the dates and venues of tours and events covered by each campaign.

* You will be responsible for all incidental expenses including transportation expenses to the venue. Please note that in the case of cancellation or postponement, we will not compensate for transportation and accommodation expenses.
* The personal information you provide will be retained until the end of the Al-Nassr JAPAN TOUR 2023.
* Prizes and rights are valid only for the winners and event participants and cannot be transferred or sold to others. Please note that if you are found to transfer, sell, etc. you will not be allowed to enter the venue or participate in the event.

STEP 2: Fill in the required information on the designated form.
*The application will be completed after completing both STEP 1 and STEP 2. Please note that the application is not completed just by implementing either one.
* if you apply by illegally using a third party’s e-mail address or other personal information, your prize may become invalid.

Result announcement
After the application deadline, we will select prize winners from among the applicants and determine the winners.

Return shipping fee
If the performance is canceled due to force majeure, refunds will be made only within a specified period as determined by the organizer. However, in this case, no refund will be made if the ticket is damaged, lost, or so badly defaced that it is difficult to identify. Refunds will be made only for the ticket price, and it may take up to 3-4 weeks to receive a refund. If the performance is canceled, postponed, changed, or for any reason, the ticket will be returned, and a refund will be given. In that case, the shipping fee at the time of the refund will be included in the refund amount (however, the maximum amount will be ¥300.)
