The fastest pre-sale, second pre-sale, and final pre-sale will be conducted through a lottery system.
Only the general sale will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Ticket issuance is scheduled for 7 days before each match day. We will inform you via email and the ticket purchase page. Please note that the planned date for ticket issuance is subject to change without prior notice.

Infants who have not yet reached school age can enter with an adult.
Please have the infant sit on your lap. If a seat is required for the infant as well, a ticket is necessary for each person.

Tickets are non-refundable. Ticket transfer or unauthorized resale between customers is prohibited. If unauthorized resale is discovered, the ticket will become invalid.

Use the fixed-price trade service only if you can no longer attend the match you have purchased. Only if the tickets you have put up for sale are successfully traded, you will receive a refund, excluding handling fees and other costs. The trade will ONLY be concluded if someone offers to buy the ticket after it has been put up for sale. If a trade is not concluded in a fixed-price trade, you can gain entry to the relevant match by canceling your entry.

Tickets for representatives can also be distributed. Please complete the distribution procedure after the ticket has been issued. Registration as a ticket board member (free of charge) is required for the accompanying person who receives the distribution.

For this match, it is possible to distribute all the tickets.

We are sorry, but the tickets we are currently selling are for wheelchair users only. We do not plan to offer tickets for non-wheelchair users with disabilities. Non-wheelchair users are requested to purchase a general ticket.

Tickets for wheelchair seating can be accompanied by one person per wheelchair user. The total ticket price is for two people.

For this event, except for the PSG vs. Cerezo Osaka match, it is not possible to choose between the north and south sides of the goal-end seating. Please be aware of this in advance.

We plan to implement infection prevention measures based on the "J-League New Coronavirus Infection Control Guidelines." Wearing masks is generally left to individual discretion. However, since the stadium area is expected to be crowded on the day of the event, we recommend wearing masks as a preventive measure to minimize the risk of infection.

Vaccination certificates or negative test result certificates are not required. However, to ensure a safe and secure match, we kindly request your cooperation in undergoing a PCR test or antigen test within one week before the match.

Similar to the J-League, vocal support is allowed throughout the stadium. For detailed information, please refer to the "J-League New Coronavirus Infection Control Guidelines." As for instruments or items that produce sound, such as drums and cheering sticks, you can use those that can be played in your seat. However, the use of megaphones and hitting stadium facilities is strictly prohibited.

Taking photos is allowed, but standing and taking photos is prohibited to avoid inconvenience to other customers.

For this event, all matches have assigned seating, so we kindly request that you refrain from watching the match from other locations.

To get to the stadium, it is recommended to use public transportation. The entrance to the venue is indicated on your ticket. Please enter the stadium through the designated entrance stated on your ticket. The stadium does not have coin lockers. Please use the coin lockers at nearby stations or other locations. Additionally, please note that the stadium does not offer baggage storage services.

Smoking is prohibited in all seating areas. Please use the designated smoking areas. If you are unsure, please ask the staff for assistance.

Generally, there are no entrance restrictions. However, please refrain from attending the event if you are unwell (e.g., fever of 37.5°C or higher, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormal taste or smell). Other cases include being subject to medical restrictions due to a positive diagnosis or if you have close contact with someone suspected of being infected.
